Technology is beginning to provide tools to assist and support psychological intervention, particularly in cases involving anxiety and depression. Heart Rate Variability Biofeedback (HRV), Cranial Electrotherapy Stimulation (CES), and Neurofeedback (NFB) are relatively easy to incorporate into clinical practice.
