Providing You With Valuable Services

To offer Registrants a comprehensive offering of benefits, the National Register charges an annual membership renewal fee. We also charge credential review and processing fees for applications. Please let us know if you have questions about which fees are applicable to you.

Registrant Renewal

$180    Registrant Renewal Fee (Annual)

$160    Registrant Renewal Fee for psychologists within 3 years of licensure

$90      Renewal Fee for Registrants who are also credentialed by the CRHSP

$75      National Register Profile Page (optional)

Licensed Psychologist Applicants

$225    Credential Review Fee for the application process *There is an additional fee of $100 for applicants who received their doctoral degree in psychology outside of the U.S. and Canada.

$170    Registration Fee – This fee activates your National Register Health Service Psychologist credential and should not be remitted until your application has been approved. You will be notified upon approval.

$150    Registration Fee – For psychologists licensed within the past 3 years – This fee activates your National Register Health Service Psychologist credential and should not be remitted until your application has been approved.  You will be notified upon approval.

$145    Credential Review Fee for those who previously had their doctoral degree evaluated by the National Register for the purpose of becoming licensed by a state/provincial/territorial board of psychology.

Doctoral Student & Trainee Applicants

$50      Part 1 Credential Review Fee – Internship

$50      Part 2 Credential Review Fee – Doctoral Degree *There is an additional fee of $100 for applicants who received their doctoral degree in psychology outside of the U.S. and Canada.

$50      Part 3 Credential Review Fee – Postdoctoral Supervision

$150    Registration Fee – This fee activates your National Register Health Service Psychologist credential and should not be remitted until all three (3) parts of your application have been approved and you obtain licensure. You will be notified upon approval.

Reinstatement

$390    Reinstatement Fee – for Registrants whose credential lapsed within the past 2 years. **If credential lapsed over 2 years ago, it will be necessary to apply under current credentialing requirements**

Doctoral Degree Evaluations for Licensing Board Applicants

$500    Application fee for evaluation of doctoral degree (Foreign/International) to determine equivalence to National Register criteria for state/provincial/territorial licensing board applicants.
