Providing You With Valuable Services 

To offer psychologists a comprehensive suite of benefits, the National Register charges an annual membership fee. Please let us know if you have questions about which fees are applicable to you. 

Membership Fees

National Register Member and HSP Credential  

$225     Annual Member Dues 

The National Register is pleased to offer the following discounted renewal rates to members: 

$150     Psychologists within three years of licensure 

$150     Psychologists who are active duty in any branch of the armed forces 

$100     Psychologists who are concurrently credentialed by the Canadian Register of Health Service Psychologists 

$100     Psychologists who currently reside in and treat patients in territories of the United States (American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands)  

$75       HSP Credentialed psychologists who are retired (Emeritus)

$100    Fee for international degree evaluation when applying for the HSP Credential  

$500     Fee for evaluating a doctoral degree (Foreign/International) to determine equivalence to National Register criteria for state/provincial/territorial licensing board applicants
