Upgrade Your Listing

Upgrade your profile to provide consumers with a more comprehensive look at your qualifications. This additional publicity costs $75 annually, due at the time of your credential renewal, and provides you with some additional perks (see example):

  1. Add a professional description to highlight your background and expertise.
  2. Include office hours, preferred contact method, policies, and fee information.
  3. List additional credentials and memberships. If you have any professional certifications or hospital privileges listed in your account, these will display.
  4. If you have a public office address displaying, your profile will include an embedded map.
  5. Connect your professional social media profiles.
Complete the form below or add an upgraded profile within your account during your renewal payment.

  • This information will display at the top of your expanded profile page. What is important for consumers to know about your work? Discuss your practice and expertise.
  • Do you have any additional credentials/memberships not listed through your Registrant account?
  • What are your office hours? What is your preferred method of consumer contact, such as by email or phone? Do you have any additional notes about billing practices?
  • Please consider adding or updating your photo. Please let us know if you have a professional photo you'd like updated.
  • We strongly recommend that you display a recent professional photo to help your profile stand out. Upload the photo you would use for your professional website.
    Accepted file types: jpg, png, gif, pdf.
  • This allows consumers to contact you. Your email will never be publicly displayed. Instead, consumers will send an anonymous form that is sent to your email address.
