Dr. Ryan C.T. DeLapp—licensed psychologist and director of the Racial, Ethnic, And Cultural Healing program at The Ross Center—discusses how clinicians can address racial stress in youth of color through evidence-based skills and the REACH UP model.

The REACH Program focuses on promoting empowerment within BIPOC communities via program development, training of mental health professionals, and community outreach/engagement. Dr. DeLapp specializes in culturally adapting evidence-based interventions for anxiety, mood, and behavioral disorders.
