Position Summary:
The National Register of Health Service Psychologists is seeking an energetic and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our 12-person team. This position is an integral part of the organization, collaborating with marketing and programmatic staff to drive recruitment and retention, marketing planning, metrics reporting, social media outreach, and other development activities. A successful applicant will have the skills to achieve the primary responsibilities and assume ownership of developing and maintaining a comprehensive and integrated marketing strategy for the organization.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Plan, write, and execute communication campaigns to members, prospective members, and other stakeholders.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase recruitment and retention.
- Design social media graphics, advertisements, flyers, and brochures.
- Prepare and send monthly e-newsletter.
- Coordinate social media efforts including posts, outreach, and advertising.
- Track and report marketing, communications, and membership data.
- Promote member benefit access and utilization to members, prospective members, and other stakeholders.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Education/Work Experience
- Undergraduate degree
- At least two years of relevant work experience in marketing/communications, customer service, and/or client relationship development. In your cover letter, please specifically address experiences meeting project metrics, timelines, and goals.

Position Details:
This is a fully remote position with work hours between 9:00am-5:00pm ET. The salary range is $60,000-70,000, commensurate with experience.
