The National Register Board of Directors elected Erica Grace Martin to a four-year term effective January 1, 2026, as a public representative.
In response to her election, Ms. Martin remarked, “I am deeply honored to be elected to the Board of the National Register. Supporting mental health professionals and the organizations that serve them is not simply a trending topic for me, it is a lifelong commitment. Mental health should be woven into the fabric of our lives from birth, and I look forward to contributing to the National Register’s mission of strengthening access, standards, and support for the mental health community.”
Erica Grace Martin, JD, currently serves as Vice President of Legal – Commercial Transactions at Roc Nation, where she leads complex, high-value negotiations across entertainment, sports, media, and technology. In this role, she advises senior leadership on strategic partnerships, intellectual property, data and technology agreements, and risk management, while overseeing outside counsel relationships and enterprise-level legal operations.
In addition to her executive legal career, Ms. Martin is an Adjunct Professor at North Carolina Central University School of Law, where she teaches upper-level courses in commercial technology transactions and contract negotiation. She is also the author of Marrying ApParent: A Roadmap for Navigating the Journey of Marrying a Parent, which draws on lived experience and research to provide guidance on blended family and co-parenting dynamics. Ms. Martin is also a co-founder of Mommates, a venture focused on building trusted, community-based childcare solutions for working mothers.
Ms. Martin brings a multidisciplinary perspective to board service, combining legal expertise, entrepreneurial leadership, and a strong commitment to consumer protection, ethical governance, and community impact.
