The Huffington Post has compiled a list of resolutions for the new year that have a holistic approach to happiness and physical well-being.
The resolutions include a range of interpersonal, creative, restful, dietary, and movement-related behavior changes. Almost all of them show evident crossover between several kinds of health. They are concrete in nature and focus the reader on positive, enjoyable actions rather than self-reproaching limits. Some examples include complimenting others, taking up a craft, volunteering, and contacting loved ones, in addition to the more well-established suggestions of sleeping, walking, eating healthy foods and drinking water.
