A research postdoctoral position is available at the Columbia University School of Nursing (CUSON) in the area of pediatric asthma and sleep on an interdisciplinary team. The position will support research activities on two NIH funded school-based trials, and will include delivering a behavioral intervention to urban teens, coordinating a RCT to test the effectiveness of an asthma program for rural high school students, collecting and analyzing data, and preparing manuscripts and NIH grant applications. The fellow will be able to participate in monthly career development meetings with other fellows and with faculty (e.g., job searches, writing K awards). Salary is based on the postdoctoral trainee stipend level established by the NIH. Preferred start date is August 1, 2018, but this is negotiable.  The CUSON offers a unique home for interdisciplinary scholars; the team is lead by a licensed psychologist.
