The University of Colorado, Colorado Springs (UCCS) Aging Center (AC) seeks to hire a clinical psychologist with specialty in Geropsychology or Neuropsychology to deliver assessment services and provide training to graduate students preparing to be clinical geropsychologists. The AC is the primary training clinic for an award-winning Ph.D. program in Geropsychology and is deeply embedded in the community network of services for older adults.

The successful applicant will have expertise in cognitive and neuropsychological evaluations of older adults, readiness to supervise doctoral trainees, and interest in strengthening the use of assessment by community partners. Five clinical faculty and the staff Director of the clinic provide outstanding colleagues to support early career development. Options for additional teaching and research collaboration may be possible, if desired. Principal responsibilities include conducting neuropsychological evaluations, clinical supervision of assessment (and intervention, if relevant), managing assessment referrals, and community engagement in generating referrals. Opportunities may exist for providing additional services and supervision in integrated health care environments.

Applications submitted by April 30, 2018 will receive full consideration. The desired start date is by mid-July although applicants committed to post-doctoral fellowships until later summer will be considered. Application materials required include a cover letter, CV, list of references, and unofficial transcripts. Licensure and Medicare eligibility must be completed or imminent.
