If you do not submit all of the required supporting documentation within two years from that date, your application will become inactive. If your application is approved, you have two years from the date of approval to submit your final Registration fee and attestation form. If not, your application will become inactive. If we request additional information during the review of your application, you have two years from the date of our request to submit the additional information.
