The Collaborative Family Healthcare Association (CFHA) has announced the winners of its 2016 awards for contributions to family and integrated healthcare.

Jeff Reiter, PhD, a speaker in the National Register's Integrated Healthcare Training Series, won the Outstanding Contributions to the PCBH Model Award. His work to improve and promote the Primary Care Behavioral Health Consultation Model (PCBH) included founding a new PCBH service in Seattle. Previously, he led existing behavioral health services for Seattle's most extensive community health organization, founded a prior practice, served in the Air Force, and won other awards for his work.

Other CFHA awards this year included recognition for early career professionals, family oriented care, and the Don Bloch award for overall outstanding contributions to the field of integrated healthcare provision.
