for 30 years and a 501(c)(3) organization, has created several funding programs to provide awards and credentialing scholarships to deserving psychologists. We

Fundraising Programs
Friends of Judy Hall: The
National Register established the Friends of Judy Hall Campaign in 2008 to fund Early Career Psychologist Credentialing Scholarships. These scholarships help outstanding new professionals become credentialed as Health Service Providers in Psychology. Through the contributions of the Board of Directors, Registrants, and staff, we have in the past three years awarded 159 scholarships to deserving yet financially burdened new professionals. The Judy E. Hall Early Career Psychologist Award: This award, named in honor of NR's Executive Officer since 1990, is awarded annually to recognize excellence in a Registrant with less than 10 years of post-doctoral experience. Up until 2009, the recipients received a plaque, a check for $1,000, and an award citation in The Register Report. We are pleased to announce that in 2009 the award will increase to $1,500. National Psychologist Trainee Register (NPTR) Credentialing Scholarships: The National Register, in conjunction with American Psychological Association of Graduate Students (APAGS), created this scholarship program for doctoral students in psychology interested in becoming credentialed by the National Register through its student program, the National Psychologist Trainee Register (NPTR). The Millennium Fund: This fund was created in 2003 to support the Alfred M. Wellner Senior Career Psychologist Award, the Judy E. Hall Early Career Psychologist Award, as well as credentialing scholarships and an endowment fund. Charitable donations
to the Millennium Fund continue to sponsor activities, awards,
and credentialing scholarships consistent with
the National Register mission.
