Early Career Psychologist (ECP) Credentialing Scholarships

The National Register established the Friends of Judy Hall Campaign in 2008 to fund Early Career Psychologist Credentialing Scholarships. These scholarships help outstanding new professionals become credentialed as Health Service Providers in Psychology. Through the contributions of the Board of Directors, Registrants, and staff, in the past three years we have awarded more than 225 scholarships to deserving yet financially burdened new professionals.

National Psychologist Trainee Register (NPTR) Credentialing Scholarships

The National Register, in conjunction with American Psychological Association of Graduate Students (APAGS), created this scholarship program for doctoral students in psychology interested in becoming credentialed by the National Register through its student program, the National Psychologist Trainee Register (NPTR). Through the contributions of the Board of Directors, Registrants, and staff, in the past three years we have awarded more than 217 scholarships to deserving yet financially burdened doctoral students and trainees. The Judy E. Hall Early Career Psychologist Award:

This award, named in honor of NR's Executive Officer since 1990, is awarded annually to recognize excellence in a Registrant with less than 10 years of post-doctoral experience. Up until 2009, the recipients received a plaque, a check for $1,500, and an award citation in The Register Report. Click here to learn more about the Judy E. Hall Early Career Psychologist Award.
