†Renewal, reinstatement, and registration refund requests must be made within thirty (30) days from receipt of the fee. No requests will be considered after the designated thirty-day time period. If services have been rendered, no refund, in part or in full, will be made. If a refund is due, a $15 processing fee will be withheld (The amount of the processing fee is subject to change without prior notice.)
