The National Register is always working to increase member benefits for Registrants. In these difficult economic times, we are particularly interested in opportunities that will benefit Registrants financially.

With this in mind, we are partnering with the American Professional Agency to provide Registrants with a 20%-35% discount on their Psychologists’ Professional Liability Insurance Program.

• If you are already enrolled in the American Professional Agency’s Professional Liability Insurance Program: A 20% discount will be automatically applied to your next invoice. You have the opportunity to increase the rate reduction to 25% through discounts on Continuing Education credits, Risk Management credits, and for part-time practice.

• If you are not enrolled in the American Professional Agency’s Professional Liability Insurance Program: New policyholders receive an additional 10% discount on the first year of the policy. You also have the opportunity to increase the rate reduction to 35% through discounts on Continuing Education credits, Risk Management credits, and for part-time practice.

This discount is a member benefit for Registrants. To take advantage of the discount, you must be currently credentialed by the National Register. The National Register is not receiving any financial compensation from Registrant participation in the American Professional Agency’s Professional Liability Insurance Program. In addition, the National Register assumes no legal liability for the American Professional Agency’s Psychologists’ Professional Liability Insurance Program. We recommend that all Registrants carefully consider malpractice liability packages and select the insurer that best meets their needs.
