Norman
Abeles, Ph.D., is the Director of the Clinical Neuropsychological
Laboratory and Memory Assessment Center at Michigan
State University. Dr.Abeles supervises interns and
practicum students, supervises research of graduate
students, and conducts extensive research and writing.
Dr. Abeles expertise and research efforts focus on
the area of applied aging to help in assisting practitioners
in making the transition from full time work to active
retirement. Dr. Abeles has many years of activity
in the governance of the American Psychological Association
including a term as President in 1997. |

Berg-Cross, Ph.D. Registrant

Since
1983, Dr. Berg-Cross has been a Professor of Psychology
at Howard University. She has also maintained a private
practice in clinical psychology since 1976. She has
had many years of experience developing training programs
for clinical psychologists and has been extensively
involved with the APA accreditation process. Dr. Berg-Cross
received her doctoral degree in clinical psychology
from the Teacher's College/Columbia University. |

L. Dewar

Janet
L. Dewar has more than 30 years of experience in marketing,
strategic planning, public and government relations,
and general management in international businesses.
She is Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees of The
Studio Theatre in Washington, DC and has served on
the Development, Membership, and Planning Committees
as well as various sub-committees. Ms. Dewar holds
a Master's Degree in International Public Policy (MIPP)
from the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International
Studies at Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor
of Arts Degree from Drew University. |

Rosalind
S. Dorlen, Psy.D. Registrant

Dr. Dorlen
is a clinical psychoanalyst in independent practice
in Summit, New Jersey with board certification in
Clinical Psychology through the American Board of
Professional Psychology. She holds an appointment
as a member of the Allied Professional Staff, Department
of Psychiatry at Overlook Hospital, Summit, NJ with
HSM designation by the National Register of Health
Service Providers in Psychology. She has been involved
in leadership of professional psychology at the local,
state, and national levels and has written and lectured
on a diverse range of areas including: resilience
and chronic illness, terrorism, launching a private
practice for early career psychologists, healthy work
places, and public education. |

Bruce S. Fogas, Ph.D. Registrant

Dr. Fogas received his Ph.D. from Arizona State University in 1990. He specializes in child and adolescent clinical psychology. His experience includes teaching, supervising and providing consultation to students and therapists at all levels of training, from bachelors level psychology students to psychology interns. He has extensive experience in serving culturally diverse populations as a result of his practice in public sector agencies in Arizona, North Carolina and South Dakota. Dr. Fogas also serves as the psychologist in South Dakota’s first interdisciplinary evaluation clinic for individuals suspected of having a fetal alcohol spectrum disorder. |

is a faculty member of the University Counseling Center
at Memorial University in St. Johns, Newfoundland/Labrador
and maintains a private practice. He is a former President
of the Canadian Register of Health Service Providers
in Psychology, serving on the Council or Executive
Committee from 1986 to 2001, five years as President
and five years as Past President. |

is a full-time professor at University of Scranton
and part-time practitioner trained in the scientist-practitoner
tradition. He has extensive editorial and administrative
experience in organized psychology. His clinical work
entails conducting individual, couples, and group
therapy with adolescents and adults, particularly
with fellow mental health professionals.

Sammons, Ph.D., ABPP, is currently Director for Clinical
Support at the US Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery.
He is a Captain on active duty in the Navy, past president
of the Maryland Psychological Association, and a representative
to APA's council of representatives (Division 55).
He is a prescribing psychologist and a graduate of
the Department of Defense Psychopharmacology Demonstration
Project. |

Steve
Smith is Dean of the California Western School of
Law in San Diego, CA. He received his J.D. from the
University of Iowa College of Law. Dean Smith has
recently served as a public member on the APA Ethics
Committee and ABPP Board of Trustees. |

Mollie K. Thomas, Ph.D. Registrant since 2005
Dr. Thomas received her Ph.D. from the University of Arkansas following an internship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) Medical School Internship Training Consortium. Dr. Thomas completed a post-doctoral fellowship focusing on addictive and impulsive behaviors at the UAB Center for Psychiatric Medicine and Neurobiology. Her areas of expertise and interest include assessment and treatment of addiction, trauma related stress, impulsive behaviors, personality disorders, and mood disorders. Dr. Thomas is employed in a private practice setting, where she provides individual, marital, family, and group therapy.

Dr. Windham-Bannister
is the Managing Vice President and General Manager
of the Business Research and Consulting Division of
Abt Associates in Massachusetts. Her doctorate is
in health policy and management from Brandeis University.
