We specialize in treating anxiety disorders( social anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, agoraphobia, panic disorder, body dysmorphic disorder, and generalized anxiety disorder). We use evidence-based treatment for these disorders because it works! That is what makes this job rewarding to us...We see people get better!

True North Treatment Center will use research-based protocols that have been shown to work for a variety of disorders. You will be given a choice what treatment approach you would like to use. Specific protocols include: Cognitive-behavioral therapy, Interpersonal therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (for trauma).

• If you are unsure about whether you want to start services, we will provide you with a free 20-minute in-office or telephone consultation to answer your questions so that you can better make a decision about pursuing services. Most sessions are 45 or 60 minutes but can be increased in 15 minute increments to better meet your needs.

• True North Treatment Center does not currently accept insurance, but we are more than happy to submit paperwork to your insurance company so that you may receive out-of-network benefits.
  

• Many clients receive reimbursement from their insurance companies through their out-of-network benefits. True North Treatment Center will provide you with the paperwork for you to submit to your insurance company, but does not guarantee reimbursement.
