About Me

Dr. Cope is a multicultural psychologist and works with a wide variety of patients such as adolescents, adults and older adults, racial/ethnic minorities, lesbian and gay individuals and international patients. She conducts individual, group, couples and family therapies. Although working with most problems, her specialties areas are mood disorders, including Bipolar disorder, as well as many anxiety disorders with emphasis on panic, Obsessive Compulsive and Post Traumatic Stress disorders. She also works with substance abuse problems and sexual dysfunction. She conducts career counseling and is an Executive Coach. Eclectic in her theoretical orientation, Dr. Cope believes no one school of thought can optimally treat all patients and generally in concert with the patient via treatment planning , uses clinical interventions that are appropriate to the patient and the presenting problem(s).

Sliding fee. Upon request.

Office Hours: Afternoons are currently Dr. Cope's preferred office hours.

 
Health Care Plan Participation

Dr. Cope serves on several employee assistance panels. She also takes Medicare, Medicaid, ValueOptions, Oxford and Multiplan and has a sliding fee.
