Mobility Status: In process. The board voted to approve the National Register on October 2, 2007. The board must now hold a hearing to collect public comment on the proposed rules. The process of giving notice that the board is now ready to collect comments, hold a hearing, review comments, submit to legal review and ultimately formally adopt the rules can take 45 to 90 days, according to the board office.
