Practice Profile:

I started my private practice in Lexington in 1984. I do direct service to clients, in-service teaching and supervision. I am a consultant to a federally funded Job Corps Program in Frenchburg, KY and to the Office of Hearing and Appeals in the Social Security Administration. I belong to the Kentucky Psychological Association. I have been active at the committee level in the Kentucky Psychological Association and have for several years been on the board of the Kentucky Rails to Trails Council. I do not see clients who anticipate applying for disability due to conflict of interest with my role as a consultant to the Office of Hearings and Appeals.

• My fee for a one hour (50 minutes) session is $100.

Health Care Plan Participation:

• I removed myself from insurance panels in 1/07 and see clients as an "out of network provider" on a fee for service basis.
