About Me

Are you feeling down or worried?
Having trouble communicating with your spouse or teenager?
Is your child having problems with attention, anxiety or frequent tantrums?
Have you experienced a trauma?

Things can get better. The first step is to get a careful assessment of the problem for either yourself, your child, teenager, relationship, etc. After the assessment, which may or may not involve testing, a evidence-based treatment plan will be developed with your input. We will then monitor how you and/or your family member are progressing. Other treatment options will be added as needed.

I specialize in diagnosing and treating ADHD, oppositional-defiant disorder, anxiety and depression, obsessive compulsive disorder and post traumatic stress disorder in children, adolescents and adults. I provide relationship and family counseling. Dealing with loss and anger management training are also subspecialties. Cognitive behavioral and other research supported treatments are used.

I'm a licensed doctor of clinical psychology. I've been received extensive training in evidence based techniques dealing with children, adolescents, adults and families. A member of the American Psychological Association. I am the clinical director of Professional Counseling Services, a group practice. Independent psychiatric services provided at our location.

Why Choose a National Register Psychologist?
The National Register is the largest credentialing organization for psychologists. The independent, non-profit organization was created in 1974 with the help of the American Psychological Association and the American Board of Professional Psychology. Today, the National Register is the leading source of information on nationally credentialed psychologists in health care. Psychologists who are awarded national Registrant status have achieved the highest educational and professional standards in health care. It is the only independent, credentialing body with a national level standard for verifying education and training qualifications, licensing, and ethical standards with more than 11,000 doctoral level psychologists in its database.
