About Me

Practice areas include psychological Testing and psychotherapy for the entire lifespan including children, adolescents, adults and elders. Specialties include bilingual (Spanish-English) services, services for attentional deficits and learning disabilities, trauma recovery, developmental, adjustment and behavioral conditions. Culturally and spiritually sensitive therapy for international individuals transitioning through life events, grief recovery and management of stressful career events. Dr. Methner has a unique ecotherapy approach for those wishing a process which includes art and nature. Her approach is called Soul Purpose: Exploration of the Self in the Sacred Landscape.
