About Me

My work is informed by formal training in psychodynamic and health psychology, as well as mindfulness based approaches. I offer individual and group psychotherapy for adults, specializing in stress reduction, living well with medical issues, weight/pain management, healthy aging, depression and adjustment to immigration/cross-cultural issues.
